Soul work sessions start at the growing edges of your life.
Sink into your deeper truth.
Find the meaning, creativity and connections that are there, still dormant, but waiting below the surface for the right growing conditions.
Get to the heart of what is really going on for you, where you are growing and where you are going.
Wholing is the foundation for true healing. Some degree of personal wholing must precede any deep healing, not the other way around. In Western societies, many believe we can’t be whole — truly loving, highly creative people contributing to the world — until we have sufficiently healed from our childhood wounds. But I believe the opposite is closer to the truth: Deep psychological healing is the result of learning how to embrace our woundedness and fragmentedness from the cultivated perspective and consciousness of the Self. We must to some degree cultivate our wholeness before we can truly be healed. Wholing comes first and is foundational. ~ Bill Plotkin Wild Mind
Soul work sessions are for you if you are looking for support with
Moving through Conflict. You are looking for creative insight to help you understand your own growth and move through conflict in an intimate relationship, a friendship, a family dynamic, or organizational or systemic change.
Honing relational skills. You feel like you’ve got a pretty good handle on many previously unresolved childhood wounds, but the areas of authenticity, emotional skills, conflict resolution, organization of power, sexuality, human-nature reciprocity, and a deeper understanding of childhood survival strategies could use some new insight, skill and depth.
Feeling stuck. You have been or are working with counselling, psychotherapy, prescription medication and other conventional approaches to support your mental health and have plateaued.
Connections. You are looking to make the connections between your body, the earth, and your place in the world more tangible and generative.
Transition. You are working your way through something like a quarter-life, mid-life, three-quarter-life crisis or some other transition, and are still trying to make sense of it or the impact it has had on you and your life.
Giving birth. You are working through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual transformation of a pregnancy, or growing and birthing some other new form of life (business, art, relationship, social enterprise) into this world and could use some energy-based, response-based relational support to bring new life into the world.
Having been hurt by others. You have been confused, hurt or injured by an entheogenic journey, therapeutic process, therapist, guru, leader, teacher, coach, parent, mentor or someone else holding a systemic position of power and care in relation to you, and are working your way through this often confusing process, and could use some added support and clarity.
Having hurt others. You hold a systemic position of power and care in relation to others and have confused, hurt, or injured someone or those in your care and could use some support to understand, reconcile and repair these connections and heal from your own pain.
Anxiety and depression. You are working with anxiety and depression that you know are part of an emotional, relational, financial, health, death, ecological, spiritual transition in your life and/or our collective life on this planet.
Physical health concerns. You have ongoing and chronic physical health issues - immune-related issues, digestive issues, sensitivities, reproductive issues, and chronic pain, and know they are connected to larger patterns of relating but don’t know what these are or how to keep resolving them.
Becoming more Human: Cultivating our awareness of and our ability to embody the four facets of the Self • Becoming aware of how our subpersonalities operate and then embracing them from the holistic perspective of the Self, in this way integrating our subpersonalities within the functioning of the 3-D Ego • When developmentally ready, embarking upon the descent to Soul in order to discover our ecological or mythopoetic place in the world — “the truth at the center of the image we were born with” — and then cultivating our ability to embody or manifest this place or truth •

How do we tap more deeply into Soul together?
Soul work sessions start at the growing edges of your life. Sink into your deeper truth. Find the meaning, creativity and connections that are there, still dormant, but waiting below the surface for the right growing conditions. Get to the heart of what is really going on for you, where you are growing and where you are going.
You get to sit comfortably on a chair and/or relax on a bodywork table, one-on-one with me, while we drop into the wisdom of your body and life. We find the places that are stuck, or where you are stuck in them, and work them through in authentic, innovative ways.
Of course, I can’t know what is right for you, or what you want or need to do. But I can help you find your way into your own knowing. So I listen, respond and reflect the deeper patterns and currents that I see, hear, and feel from a variety of perspectives, resources and approaches.
I help you further understand and trust one of your personal lodestones: your body and soul’s language of resonance, your "yes" and "no", so that you know more clearly what is right for you and what you need to do. We get to the heart of what is really going on for you, where you are growing, and where you are going.
Soul work sessions are energy medicine. They transform areas of chronic darkness and pain into insight, power, creative expression, and health.
What is Soul?
Soul work comes from the understanding that each of us has a unique, authentic self and place of belonging in the world, and a unique path of unfolding and maturation within a much larger collective unfolding which follows and builds upon the path of our ancestors, but is at its roots, a path that is guided by the deep currents and intelligence of life itself.
We each have a unique soul.
Soul work comes from understanding that we humans actually do belong within the much larger story of life on this planet. And the more directly and intimately we can see our Soul, and hear it, feel it, taste it, smell it, know our place in it, and trust it…the more fiercely, courageously, and lovingly we can inhabit it and live fully from it.
Soul, as I know it, is the deepest place of belonging and personal truth we humans can know.
